These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.herluxefinds.com and any purchase you make from Her Luxe Finds. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We aim to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible; slight variations in colour or finish can occur between screens and the physical item. Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We may add, change or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payment is taken securely at checkout through Stripe. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error, in which case any amount charged for that order will be returned.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment is completed and we have acknowledged it. We may decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances (for example, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or stock that is no longer available).

Self-pickup is available in Dubai. Delivery within Dubai can be arranged at your cost. Outside Dubai, self-pickup only. We’ll coordinate timing and details with you after your order is placed.

Our products are intended for personal, recreational use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
